These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and kvi8 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the kvi8 website accessible at https://kvi8.pro and all associated services, games, features, promotions, and content (collectively, "the Platform"). By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

kvi8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions.

To open and use a kvi8 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. kvi8 strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by any person under the age of 21.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, or contractor of kvi8, nor a close family member of any such person.

kvi8 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Accounts found to be held by ineligible players will be suspended and any funds held may be forfeited pending investigation. kvi8 uses industry-standard KYC procedures to verify player identity and to prevent underage gambling, money laundering, and fraud.

To access the full features of the kvi8 Platform, you must register for a personal account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and a valid payment method. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at registration and subsequently is accurate and up to date. kvi8 is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from your provision of inaccurate or incomplete information.

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on kvi8. Duplicate accounts, including accounts opened under different names or contact details by the same individual, are strictly prohibited. Where kvi8 identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all but the oldest verified account, void any open bets across all duplicate accounts, and withhold any bonus funds associated with duplicate registrations. Winnings generated from duplicate accounts may also be subject to forfeiture.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You agree to:

• Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your account at the end of every session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify kvi8 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

All financial transactions on the kvi8 Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kvi8 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. No currency conversion fees are applied to player accounts. All transactions are subject to the verification requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms. kvi8 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any transaction where fraud, money laundering, or terms abuse is suspected.

Deposit Rules

Deposits may be made using the following methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select domestic bank transfers. The minimum deposit is ৳100. The maximum single deposit amount may vary by payment method and is displayed in the cashier section of your account. Deposits are credited to your kvi8 account balance promptly following confirmation from the payment provider. kvi8 is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, telecommunications providers, or banking institutions.

• Deposits must be funded from payment accounts registered in the name of the kvi8 account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• kvi8 reserves the right to reverse or withhold a deposit where it suspects the transaction is fraudulent or violates these Terms.
• kvi8 does not charge a fee for deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own fees independently.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in the cashier section of your account. kvi8 reserves the right to carry out additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fully completed before a withdrawal of the associated balance is permitted.
• kvi8 may request identity verification documents including a national ID, passport, or utility bill before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals to accounts other than those originally used for deposit, or to accounts held in a name other than the account holder's registered name, will not be processed.

kvi8 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail. The following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only. Players who have self-excluded or who are subject to account restrictions are not eligible for bonuses.
• Each bonus promotion may only be claimed once per eligible player unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is specified on each individual promotion page.
• kvi8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice where it suspects bonus abuse, fraud, or a violation of these Terms.

kvi8 does not guarantee the continued availability of any bonus or promotional offer. Promotions may be withdrawn at any time and are subject to change. Players who attempt to systematically exploit bonus structures — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies, or any other method intended to circumvent wagering requirements — will have their accounts suspended and any associated winnings forfeited.

All bets placed on the kvi8 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, game, or market. Game-specific rules are published within the relevant game or betting section of the Platform. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on kvi8:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after the event or game has begun, except in circumstances expressly permitted by kvi8 under applicable cash-out rules.
• kvi8 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on an incorrectly priced market, or placed using a software fault or system error, regardless of whether the bet appears to have settled.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event, and per day. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting market. kvi8 is not obligated to pay winnings in excess of the applicable maximum payout.
• Any bet placed using funds obtained through fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms will be voided and the relevant funds will be subject to forfeiture.

Casino and live casino game rules, including rules for slots, crash games, and live dealer tables, are governed by the rules provided by the relevant game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and others as applicable). In the event of a discrepancy between a game provider's rules and these Terms, the game provider's rules will take precedence with respect to the gameplay mechanics of that specific game, while these Terms will govern all account, financial, and platform matters.

kvi8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its Platform. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players at no cost:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time via account settings. Once set, a deposit limit takes effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session reminders: Players may enable timed session reminders that alert them when a specified duration of continuous play has elapsed.
• Cooling-off period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the player cannot log in, place bets, or deposit funds.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to permanently close their account and exclude themselves from the Platform may contact kvi8 support via live chat. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. kvi8 strongly encourages any player who feels that gambling is negatively affecting their life to make use of self-exclusion and to seek professional support.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kvi8 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of the offending account, the voiding of all open and pending bets, and the forfeiture of all funds held in the account, without prejudice to any further legal action kvi8 may choose to pursue:

• Using the Platform while under the age of 21, or assisting any underage individual in accessing the Platform.
• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account or identity to access the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any coordinated scheme intended to defraud kvi8 or other players.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to conduct any financial transaction that is illegal under applicable Bangladeshi law.

kvi8 cooperates with relevant authorities where required by law and will report suspicious activity as mandated under applicable regulations. Players found to have engaged in prohibited activities will not be entitled to a refund of any deposited funds or forfeited winnings.

All content on the kvi8 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audiovisual elements, and the overall design and arrangement of the Platform — is the exclusive property of kvi8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of kvi8.

The kvi8 name, logo, and all associated marks are proprietary trademarks of kvi8. Unauthorised use of any kvi8 trademark, including in domain names, social media accounts, or promotional materials, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kvi8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service. kvi8 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

kvi8 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond kvi8's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of government, natural disasters, telecommunications failures, or third-party payment provider outages. In all cases, kvi8's aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kvi8 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kvi8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kvi8 will endeavour to notify registered players by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the email address or contact number registered to your account. The revised Terms will take effect from the date they are posted on this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the revised Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and may request the closure of your account by contacting kvi8 support. kvi8 recommends that you review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any changes.
